Development layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Additionally featured in this recent image release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created plans to build upon the substantial island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a key identifying various sections of the estate.
Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, including layouts for boat shelters.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the current congressional release.
