The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight round match which will be shown in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" the American and "overpower" his opponent as the pair came face-to-face to publicize the upcoming bout.
Former two time unified boxing king Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive mismatch - at Miami's arena on 19 December.
Boxer's Mentality
"I'm going to injure his face and damage his physique. My goal is to show my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I will seriously aim to injure him. That's my goal."
Respectful Interaction
Despite those words, a calm Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - normally famous for his theatrics - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather criticized former Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after the Cameroonian turned down a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at British rival Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] outshines Tyson Fury - he showed up," Joshua commented.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Opponent
In spite of saying he intends to hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to talk badly about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he stated.
Paul's Background
Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mainly boxed mixed martial artists or faded names since turning professional.
He lost to British fighter Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
Still, the relative newcomer is still one of boxing's greatest money-making draws, regularly earning huge earnings.
Prediction and Belief
The 28-year-old anticipated a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would derail the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is reportedly being planned for 2026.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul declared.
Size Disparity
As both boxers met for the usual stare-down, with their size difference on show, it highlighted just how unlikely this whole event is - and how remarkable it is that the fight is truly going ahead.
